About Hallco Manufacturing Co., Inc.

WE'RE PROUD TO HAVE INVENTED THE WORLD'S FIRST LIVE FLOORS

Moving slat conveyor systems, or live floors, were first introduced by HALLCO a quarter century ago.

Founder Ole Hallstrom invented the HALLCO Live Floor® for the agricultural industry, but it was not long before other industries began to realize its vast potential.

Today, HALLCO manufactures a full line of live floors for both trailers and stationairy conveyor/bin systems. Each floor is custom designed for a specific application. In trailers, HALLCO's lighter series aluminum floors allow customers to achieve greater payload. Heavier duty floors such as the "Double Ridge™" have been engineered to take more abuse.

In material handling, there has been an increasing trend toward using HALLCO Live Floors® to move bulk material. The floors can be installed in receiving bins and storage bins, and can be used to convey material from one part of a plant to another.

Headquartered on the west coast, HALLCO has distribution warehouses and service centers in North Carolina and Texas. Key to its success are its salespeople located throughout North America and its growing representation worldwide. The company also has a strong dealer network tied to major manufacturers that goes back more than a quarter century.

At HALLCO, the emphasis is on research and development, and on assisting customers with engineering, installation and training. Among its many innovative programs, HALLCO was the first to offer a "Floor School®" for customers to help them successfully install and maintain their live floors.
